3. Professional Standards
- Communication: I commit to clear, timely, and respectful communication. I will not use technical jargon to obscure facts or mislead clients.
- Conflict of Interest: I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest (e.g., vendor partnerships) prior to engagement.
- Lawful Conduct: I will not engage in any project that violates local or international laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, malware creation, or unethical surveillance.
4. Anti-Harassment Policy
I maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. This applies to interactions with clients, partners, and my own team members. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances.
